This purple laver specimen was collected from Saunton Sands, one blustery, winters day and then hand pressed into this high quality print. Purple Laver is a popular seaweed in Wales and is used to make laver bread, jelly or rolled in oatmeal and then fried in bacon fat. It’s delicious and worth trying! The print is produced on 300 GSM, smooth, crisp off-white card and individually signed by myself.
